Multi-GRAMMY® Award-winning singer/songwriter Jason Mraz has also announced the North American leg of his upcoming “YES!” world tour, slated to visit The Chicago Theatre on Friday, November 7 and Saturday, November 8 featuring backing from “YES!” collaborators, Raining Jane.
“YES!” was preceded by the recent release of We Can Take The Long Way, a short film which is streaming now at Mraz’s official YouTube Channel. Directed by Jeff Nicholas and Jonathan Craven and produced by The Uprising Creative (Justin Timberlake, Rihanna), We Can Take The Long Way features three songs from “YES!” including “Love Someone,” “Hello, You Beautiful Thing,” and “Long Drive.”
Throughout the coming weeks, Mraz is encouraging fans to include the hashtag #SummerOfYES! and post “YES!” inspired photos to Instagram, stories on Tumblr, and memorable moments on Twitter. The San Diego-based troubadour’s favorites will be featured weekly across his social properties, and all submissions will be eligible to win a variety of prizes, including tickets to the upcoming “YES!” tour.
