How to purchase individual tickets for public events at The Chicago Theatre:

• In Person at a Ticketmaster Outlet

Box Office purchases for events at The Chicago Theatre must be made at The Chicago Theatre Box Office, not available at any other MSG Venue Box Office.

Payments Accepted

• Cash
• Major Credit Cards [American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover]
• Personal & company checks ARE NOT accepted.

Fees

• Tickets with a face value of $15.00 or more are subject to a $5.00 facility surcharge.
• Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster are subject to convenience fees.
• Tickets purchased in person at the venue Box Office are not subject to Ticketmaster convenience fees.

Will Call

Patrons who have tickets being held at Will Call may pick up their tickets on the day of the event. Patrons must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a valid photo ID and the order number.

The Chicago Box Offices will not accept Will Call tickets from individual patrons.

Notes

At The Chicago Theatre the Box Office closes for advance sales at 6pm on event days; after 6pm Box Office only available for Will Call and ticket sales for the evening's event.

All ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges
